Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
– Delivery within Lagos: 1-3 working days.
– Deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria: 4-6 working days.
International Shipping:
– All international orders are fulfilled by DHL, ensuring trackability.
– Delivery time for international orders: 5-7 working days after order placement.
Returns
Items are eligible for RETURN/EXCHANGE if received within the specified timelines:
– Within 48 hours from the date of delivery/Pick Up for orders within Lagos.
– Within 5 business days from the date of delivery for orders within Nigeria but outside Lagos.
– Within 10 business days from the date of delivery for orders shipped outside Nigeria.
– Item(s) must physically reach SACOUTURENG within the specified time frame to qualify for an exchange or return, with no exceptions.
Exceptions
“Pick up in store” orders not picked up within 6 weeks are ineligible for exchange.
Items purchased, picked up, or fitted in-store cannot be returned/exchanged.
Charges
Customer bears responsibility for returning the item(s) to SACOUTURENG.
For size exchanges, customers are advised to visit the physical store or arrange a rider pickup.
Product Condition
All items must be unworn, undamaged, free from blemishes, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges are not possible for damaged items.
In case of receiving a faulty item, customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a complaint.
